Nguyen Linh Tam: good study to have a stable job
Born in Rua islet, Tan Uyen
district’s Thanh Hoi commune, Nguyen Linh Tam grew up in a poor family. Despite
difficulties, Tam and his 2 brothers have managed to reach good academic
results. Tam is the second year student of the HCMC University of Industry.
“My parents always encourage us to reach good academic results, despite difficult circumstance. Therefore, I determine to complete university syllabus to enjoy a stable job”, said Tam.
Tran Thi Yen Nhi and Tran Thi Tuyet Nhung: 2 sisters reaching good academic achievements
2 sisters of Tran Thi Yen Nhi, a 5th
grader and Tran Thi Tuyet Nhung, a 2nd grader of Tan Binh primary
school in Tan Uyen district have won good academic results, despite their
difficult circumstance. They are living with their grandmother, after a
separation of their parents. Their parents have enjoyed their own life.
They grandmother daily collects rubber latex to support for their study. “We will try our best to win good achievements of study”.
Phan Thi Trang: trying to reach good academic results to repay aunt’s merit

Phan Thi Trang, a 6th grader of Lai Hung secondary school in Ben Cat
district always wins good academic results, despite disease caused by Agent
Orange/Dioxin. Trang and her mother are victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin and
living on support from her aunt.
