On Oct 28th, Trade Union of educational sector held an exchanges and discussion between typical female teachers, union cadres in 2015. On this occasion, female cadres discussed with 3 excellent female teachers representing female teaching staff that accounted for 70% total personnel of the sector.
The 3 typical teachers were: Vo Thi Thu Thao, Deputy Head of Phu Giao district Education-Training Bureau; Le Thi Hai, Principal of Binh My primary school in North Tan Uyen district; Phan Thi Xuan Hoa, President of Di An Education Continuing – Technical – Vocational Center’s Trade Union. The three ones fulfilled excellently their professional tasks, gained emulation achievements, improved knowledge, put forward methods to heighten the teaching and learning quality… The whole female teaching staff in the province has actively worked, written many initiatives, researches, strived for becoming good teachers, emulation soldiers, and elite teachers.
On this occasion, sectorial Trade Union also organized the contest named “Writing about women in educational training sector in the accelerated industrialization and modernization process” in 2015. Accordingly, the organizers awarded 8 collectives and 15 individuals (photo).
