Defining that the campaign of “Vietnamese youth study and follow Uncle Ho’s teaching” is one of the main contents for educating thought, morality and lifestyle among young people, provincial Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union has promoted the campaign by many forms.

Tran Thanh The, Secretary of Binh Duong Junior College of Fine Arts said that the campaign of “Studying and following Uncle Ho’s teaching” has actively contributed to building and forming up personality of students and pupils. Many advanced youths have been discovered from the campaign.
Meanwhile, Huynh Thi Kim Chau, Secretary of the Youth Union of provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development said that the campaign has promoted an industrious and thrifty lifestyle among young people, helping them spare no effort to perfect themselves and make contributions to the community.
Good results
After four years of implementing the “Studying and following Uncle Ho’s teaching” campaign, youngsters of provincial Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union have realized many significant activities, including visiting and presenting more than 1,660 gifts worth nearly VND500mln to social policy beneficiary families and those who rendered services to the revolution; awarding scholarships of “Study promotion, talent promotion” to 416 poor-but-excellent pupils…
The Youth Union also provided free medical check-ups, medicine and gifts to the poor in and out of the province with a total expense of nearly VND2bln; mobilized more than 3,000 turns of youths to give blood; mobilized youths to visit and present gifts worth VND68mln to victims in the collapse of Can Tho bridge; built and upgraded 25 charity houses worth VND260mln…
Many effective models also appeared from the campaign over the past four years, including those of growing safe vegetable, declaring customs procedure via internet... As result, more than 300 collectives and individuals were honored for their good performance in studying and following Uncle Ho’s teaching.
With the above achievements, provincial Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union were awarded the certificate of merit by the Youth Union Central Committee; two individuals of the bloc also received the Youth Union Central Committee’s certificate of merit.
Provincial Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union will further promote the campaign of “Studying and following Uncle Ho’s teaching” in association with the program of “Lighting up the dream of the bloc’s youths”…, according to Vu Anh Tuan-Secretary of the Youth Union.
