On the morning of April 6, the delegation of the Thanh Hoa provincial Trade Union led by its Chairman Vo Manh Son visited and worked with the Binh Duong provincial Trade Union. At the meeting, the two sides exchanged information on good and effective ways to care for, represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees in the two locations. Nguyen Kim Loan - Chairwoman of Binh Duong provincial Trade Union, said that over the past time, the provincial trade unions have focused on solutions to take care of and protect the legitimate rights and interests of their members and workers; thereby, contributing to limiting collective labor disputes and strikes.
Vo Manh Son shared some experience and effective ways of the Trade Union of Thanh Hoa province in organizing emulation movements among employees, especially the program of 1 million initiatives launched by the Vietnamese General Trade Union for digital transformation in directing and operating trade union activities. Currently, Thanh Hoa provincial Trade Union has not established a Trade Union Legal Consultancy Center like in Binh Duong. Therefore, the experience from Binh Duong about the operation of the Trade Union Legal Advisory Center helps the Trade Union of Thanh Hoa province to research and promote the establishment of the same model in the coming time.
