In the morning of August 9, Binh Duong province's Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control held a ceremony to announce and put into operation the Covid-19 patient treatment area of Field Hospital No. 4. Attending the ceremony was Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the CPV Central Committee cum Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control and Head of the provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Pham Van Chanh, Standing Member of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Standing Member, Head of the provincial Committee for Mass Mobilization, Chairman of the provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee; and Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Standing Member, Head of the Propaganda of the provincial Party Committee.
Field Hospital No. 4 was established with the purpose of improving the capacity to receive quarantine and treatment of Covid-19 patients in the province with a maximum size of 3,000 beds. The entire system of facilities requisitioned as a hospital is sponsored by Hoang Hung Co. Ltd. Accordingly, along with lending the premises of its factory, Hoang Hung Co. Ltd. also cooperated with a number of businesses in the province to fully equip the hospital to operate well, meeting the needs of quarantine and treatment of patients with Covid-19 in the province. The provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control has appointed specialist doctor Huynh Minh Chin, Director of Bau Bang District Medical Center, as Director of Field Hospital No. 4.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi said that the establishment and operation of the Field Hospital No. 4 is one of the urgent actions that Binh Duong has taken with the desire to soon control the Covid-19 epidemic in the province. On behalf of the Party Committee, authorities and people of Binh Duong province, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi expressed his deep thanks to Hoang Hung Co. Ltd. and business leaders for joined hands to support the province to quickly build Field Hospital No. 4; at the same time, calling on the entire political system, organizations, businesses and people to join hands in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic. Mr. Nguyen Van Loi requested the Board of Directors of Field Hospital No. 4 to urgently deploy to receive patients in the next 2 days so as to fill the number of beds prepared to promptly take care of and treat patients and collect new cases of Covid-19 infection and suspected infection outside the residential community. This is an urgent job, so they should not be subjective, neglect, and make it difficult for the patients.
