In response to this year's World Environment Day, from the past few days in the province, many activities have taken place, from environmental sanitation, garbage removing to organizing a waste exchange festival for gifts, green food market, environmental interactive game... These activities have attracted a large number of people, showing that the community's awareness of environmental protection in general is increasing day by day.
In particular, this year's World Environment Day has the theme of "fighting pollution from garbage" - a topic very close to everyday life for any citizen. Socio-economic development is growing, the pace of industrial and urban life is vibrant in daily life, followed by strongly developing types of services, plastic packaging products almost covering, a plastic waste, nylon bags overflowing.
Through action programs to protect the environment, surely each citizen increasingly sees his responsibility, his sense of consumption must be enhanced, giving priority to the use of green, easily degradable packaging. Garbage also does not have to be completely discarded, worthless. Therefore, people need to separate waste at source, join hands with units to collect and treat waste effectively. Organic waste can also be reused by processing and producing fertilizers with high nutritional content, waste such as iron, wood, and plastic can be recycled and reused with many useful products.
Environmental protection, action against waste is not only encapsulated in one program or campaign, so that the living environment is always green, clean and safe, that goal needs to be persistently and continuously implemented in any location or unit. "Fighting pollution from garbage" - a goal set with many expectations but also many challenges, requiring the whole society to join hands with the highest sense of responsibility to bring about the most optimal effect possible.
