In recent years, provincial education and training sector has implemented well emulation movements, campaigns, especially the movement "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh”. Thanks to emulation, officials and teachers have improved their sense of responsibility, virtues, behaviors, thereby improving the quality of management, and teaching.
Exemplifying in daily life
Since the sector launched the movement "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh”, each school has implemented creatively and made this a part of daily life. Mr. Nguyen Van Kim, President of sectorial Trade Union, stressed, to implement well the movement as well as uncle Ho’s teachings in in the last letter sent to educational sector, the campaign “Every teacher is a moral example, self-learning and innovation” and action slogan "Commitment, dedication to students” were launched in order for teachers to make self-criticism and better themselves.
According to provincial Department of Education and Training, performing the movement, teachers were examples, pioneers for students to follow. Teachers are exemplary persons in conducts, dedicated to teaching cause. Mr. Tran Trong Hoang, Party Secretary of Huynh Van Nghe high school (Tan Uyen town), said, after 4 years of implementation, the unit has had positive changes in work accountability, consciousness of exemplary role.

Having responsibility to work
The responsibility of a teacher is to train generations of student having knowledge, good morality. Enthusiastic teachers always learn new things to improve teaching methods to meet social demands. Teachers of Vo Minh Duc high school (TDM City) have applied information technology, teamwork, group learning and other new methods to teaching in order for students to develop their creativeness. The school also developed projects of approaches to teaching innovation and management; cultivated knowledge for students through contests, quizzes.
All is for the common goal of improving the quality and effectiveness of education. Mr. Ho Van Thong, Director of provincial Continuing Education Centre, said, the school has developed many measures to promote innovative teaching and learning, encouraged scientific research, initiatives from teachers.
Lifelong learning of uncle Ho’s moral example
Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh has been performed regularly and continuously. Implementing Directive 03 of the Politburo, educational sector has carried out 7 contents; implemented Resolution No. 29-NQ /TW on fundamental and comprehensive innovation.
Since 2013, the sector has disseminated the movement among all staff and teachers. Every teacher has trained virtues, pedagogic ethics, improved knowledge and skills, innovated teaching and learning methods. Until now, most officials, teachers have abided well by pedagogic disciplines – said Mr. Kim.
