From Oct. 24 to 29, the provincial Women Union in cooperation with Unilever Vietnam Co.Ltd. and the Lifebuoy brand has launched the “For a healthy Vietnam” program. More than 17,000 woman members and nearly 52,000 primary students in 60 communes, wards and townships in the province will participate in this program.
Through this program, woman members and students are equipped knowledge on disease epidemic control such as diarrhea, cholera, foot and mouth disease, skin disease and more. In addition, they are guided how to wash hands in right ways.
Moreover, the program organizing board disseminates and deploys the movements of “Clean school” and “healthy communes” to maintain good habits of hygiene, washing body, hands, hair and brushing teeth every day for the “for a healthy Vietnam” program.
