The management staffs in Binh Duong Province have planned for Tet bonuses and other welfares. Accordingly, the bonuses are averagely VND 7.6 million per capital. As for female factory workers (approximately 70 people) not returning home for Tet, the Company and its labor union have planned for various activities for them to celebrate Tet.Aiming at the motto of ‘employees are company’s treasure’, the Company has reserved land fund to construct 47 rooms and 24 houses to support accommodation for its employees.Travel fares supported to factory workersBinh Duong Labor Union just implemented plan to offer 1,000 free travel tickets at the cost of VND 1 billion to people working in Binh Duong Province having no opportunities to return home for Tet. The action was to timely encourage them to overcome difficulties in life.Thus, the immigrant workers from Phu Yen to Ha Noi have been offered chance to return home for free on trips started at 5:00 of January 26 at the venue of Binh Duong Provincial Labor Union.On the occasion, the labor unions in the grassroots have extracted from the operation fundings to support 300 more tickets at the cost of VND 300 million to transport immigration workers home for Tet.Under statistics of Binh Duong Provincial Labor Union, nearly 29,000 immigration workers are to supported with free fares to return home for Tet thanks to coordination with transportation organizations.Reported by Van Son – Translated by Vi Bao
