Currently, in the 4th outbreak, Binh Duong has recorded more than 400 positive cases of Covid-19 in the community. The epidemic has appeared in 26 companies and enterprises and accounted for most of the infection cases. Particularly in industrial parks, 7 companies have recorded infection cases. Regarding these cases, the health sector has traced more than 4,000 F1 cases and more than 10,600 F2 cases. Currently, Binh Duong has 10 outbreaks originating from Ho Chi Minh city, secondary outbreaks in the province in Tan Phuoc Khanh ward ofTan Uyen town, and outbreaks of unknown origin.

In recent days, the epidemic has become very complicated of large-scale and rapid spreading; the number of infection cases has increased in companies, factories and interwoven in workers' hostels, causing great difficulties for epidemic eradication. Immediately after the meeting with the Prime Minister's delegation, the provincial People's Committee issued a directive to implement urgent measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in association with the completion of political, socio-economic tasks in 2021, taking the task of disease prevention and control and disease control as a key task.
Mr. Vo Van Minh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Council, said that the whole political system has determined the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic in industrial parks, clusters and workers as a top priority; time is taken to quickly, drastically and synchronously deploy measures to prevent and control the epidemic, especially in areas with Covid-19 infections in the community and areas with many hostels for workers. The province's view is to resolutely and strictly handle cases of negligence, irresponsibility, and violation of regulations, including consideration for criminal liability for cases of deliberate violation to cause serious consequences in disease prevention and control.
Forces gathered for Covid-19 eradication from companies
Currently, the whole political system in the province has changed the state of anti-epidemic to the highest level by correcting and immediately overcoming the shortcomings and limitations in leadership, direction and organizational stages of disease prevention and control.
Referring to testing capacity and treatment capacity, Dr. Nguyen Hong Chuong, Director of Department of Health, said that the department has directed the provincial Center for Disease Control to diversify forms of testing and mobilized from various sources of socializing forces, individuals, and organizations to increase the testing capacity to at least 10,000 single samples and 100,000 10-combined samples in 1 day. As for health centers of districts, towns and cities, beside the standing sampling teams available at the unit, each locality should coordinate with Health Department to mobilize private medical resources to establish more sampling teams of about 10 people/team to be ready to perform tasks when dispatched to ensuring the mobilization of at least 200 sampling teams throughout the province.
In terms of treatment capacity, each medical center of a district, town or city (except Bac Tan Uyen and Thu Dau Mot) should prepare facilities, personnel and equipment to treat the mildly infection cases of Covid-19 in the immediate future at the Health Center of Thuan An city, Ben Cat town and Bau Bang district. In the fourth phase of vaccination, which is distributed by Ministry of Health with 20,000 doses of Astra Zeneca vaccine, Binh Duong will give priority to inject about 15,000 doses to employees of companies and businesses in early July.
