In 2023 and the first 6 months of 2024, fire prevention and fighting work always had active and close coordination between forest rangers, police, military and grassroots authorities in inspecting and guiding forest owners to build and organize the implementation of fire prevention and control plans. Forest rangers coordinated with units and forest owners to stably manage and protect 10,674.27 hectares of forest and forestry land; did not let serious and large violations of forestry laws occur in the province.
From 2023, there have been 3 forest management units approved and implementing sustainable forest management plans with a total area of 6,236.07 hectares; continued to zone and promote regeneration and restoration of 1,808.85 hectares of natural forest; Along with that, reforestation on the exploited areas contributes to improving the ability to protect the environment and other values of the forest.
