On the afternoon of February 5, provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee held a get-together for religious dignitaries and ethnic minority people on the occasion of the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2018. Attending the event were Nguyen Thanh Liem, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People’s Council; Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee together with 180 delegates.
On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr.Hung informed participating delegates of the local socio-economic development in 2017, development orientation in 2018. He said that the province’s achievements last year came from the integral efforts by the local Party, government, people from all strata and business community. Along with practical contributions for economic development, religious followers and ethnic minority people contributed to diversifying the local socio-cultural life.
On this occasion, he also called for all religious dignitaries, followers and ethnic minority people to further strengthen the great national unity bloc; actively take part in patriotic emulation movements…
