Nguyen Thanh Tam is a farmer in nature who has worked through various challenges to become rich.
In his very first day of seeking ways to earn, he invested into apricot blossom which was his hobby; however, he did not earn much.
“The income is not high and I switched to husbandry to boost up earning through the available land,” he said.

The python selling earns Mr. Tam annual high income
The venture has earned him a big sum after he expanded his farmstead to 6,000 chicken which yielded about net VND 350 million a year.
Income may come with risks; however, he was so determined to get on after various material poultry pandemics.
He talked while feeding the chicken: “It should be a hard work to clean up the farmstead to prevent diseases. You have to attentive to quarantine the ill ones to avoid spreading to the flock. Averagely, we sell out after 9 weeks of caring.”
And thus, he started up with apricot blossom which now added up to his chicken farmstead. In springtime, he even earn extra income from selling out the apricot blossom he has been taking good care for the year.
Despite life improvement, he keeps on promoting other form of husbandry.
“For a long time, I dream of raising python; however, I dared not. Now that I can make it come true,” asserted Mr. Tam.
For one cage of 3mx1mx1m, we can raise 10 pythons at 1-2 months age and after 1 to 2 years, we can sell them for very high yield.
For longer raising time, the cages should be larger. Pythons at the farmstead of Mr. Tam are fed to averagely 10 kgs of chicken heads a day. He feeds them daily; however, in winter, he feeds once every 4 days.
“They grows by shredding their skins so many times. Upon days near their skin shredding, they don’t eat and become more hostile. About 20 days after shredding skins, the pythons grow fast,” he said.
Up to date, Mr. Tam is rearing 40 pythons with 15 breeding ones. By the first land slot of 3,000 m2, he became rich by combining different ways of earning.
