The Youth Union of
Binh Duong Daily, on August 24, visited and presented gifts to poor households
and orphan children with difficulties in Phu Giao district’s communes of Phuoc
Hoa and An Binh.

On this occasion, the Youth Union mobilized 31 gifts from donors in the province. Each gift is worth VND450,000 each, including rice, cooking oil, fish sauce, instant noodle, sugar…, for poor families and orphan children with difficulties.
The Youth Union over time also got involved in such social charity activities as presenting gifts to disadvantaged children and Vietnamese heroic mothers in Tan Uyen district’s communes of Thanh Hoi and Bach Dang…with a total expense of around VND50mln.
*The Youth Union of Binh Duong Electricity Company organized the “return to the roots” trip on August 24 and 25 with the participation of 200 Youth Union members.
After burning incense to commemorate military commander and poet Huynh Van Nghe at his tomb, the delegation visited and presented 100 gifts to poor and policy beneficiary families together with 120 gifts for poor-but-excellent pupils in Tan Uyen district’s Hieu Liem commune with a total expense of nearly VND80mln. The delegation also paid a visit to the historical relic site of War Zone D and Nam Cat Tien forest in Dong Nai province’s Vinh Cuu district.
On this occasion, the company’s Youth Union also made dissemination of information about electricity saving and safety among people in the commune.
