Thuan An district’s People’s Committee donated 154 gifts worth VND300,000 each to poor-but-excellent pupils.

On this occasion, the district also praised and awarded gifts to 120 good pupils at all levels and laureates; honored 67 teachers who made efforts in training good pupils. The total cost of the donation was estimated at more than VND100mln, funded by Binh Duong Production-Export Import Co. and many other businesses and donors.
*On August 21, the Army Corps No.4, in collaboration with Di An district’s People’s Committee, awarded 75 gifts and scholarships worth VND20mln to poor-but-excellent pupils on the occasion of the new academic year. The district also called for donors to present 20 bicycles, gifts and scholarships with a total expense of VND30mln to poor-but-excellent pupils.
On this occasion, Di An district’s Youth Union also organized a conference to exchange and praise poor-but-excellent pupils.
