On August 10, a delegation of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee led by Nguyen Huynh Dinh, Vice Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, in collaboration with North Tan Uyen district Fatherland Front Committee gave gifts to lodging workers affected by the Covid-19 in the district.
Accordingly, the delegation visited and directly gave gifts to 55 workers at two lodging houses in Lac An commune. In addition, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee distributed gifts to localities to give to workers lodging in Tan Dinh commune (400 gifts) and Dat Cuoc commune (more than 3,500 gifts). Each gift included necessities worth 300,000 VND and 200,000 VND in cash.
On behalf of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Nguyen Huynh Dinh graciously encouraged the spirit of lodging workers are facing difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19.
He said that the province is currently making all efforts and determined to win against the pandemic, thus the consensus among the people in general and workers in particular is very important. While implementing measures to prevent and control the coronavirus, North Tan Uyen district have taken good care of the lives of people and workers in lodging houses so that everyone can stabilize their lives, feel secure and join hands with the local government to control the disease in the area.
