On the occasion of the International Day of the Elderly (October 1, 1991-October 1, 2018), Ben Cat town’s Red Cross Society has just coordinated with the town’s Association of the Elderly to offer 50 gifts worth VND500,000 each to poor members in five communes, wards of An Tay, Phu An, Thoi Hoa, Tan Dinh and Chanh Phu Hoa. These gifts worth VND25million were funded by Ben Cat Parish.

Accordingly, representative of the city’s Red Cross Society extended best regards to the local poor households and offered 30 gifts worth VND500,000 each, comprising of 10 kg of rice, necessary commodities and VND100,000, to them.
It is known that these gifts were funded by Huynh Phi Ngoc, Director of Nhan Nghia Co.Ltd., aiming to partially share difficulties with needy households in Binh Thuan province.
