Leaders of provincial Department of Education and Training (DoET) have just visited and presented 86 gifts, including clothes, textbooks and notebooks, to the offspring of poor ethnic minority people at Tam Lap primary school in Phu Giao district (photo).
The above gifts are worth VND24mln, funded by provincial DoET Deputy Director Nguyen Hong Sang, Fahasa Company and Phuong Nam Book-Educational Equipment Company.
*Donors across Tan Lap commune in North Tan Uyen district have also just given gifts for the local poor households, lonely elderly people, disable and orphan children.

Nguyen Thi Kim residing in hamlet 3 donated 30 gifts worth VND250,000 each, including rice, instant noodle, cooking oil, sugar, to poor households. She also awarded 5 scholarships, including 10 notebooks and VND400,000 each, to orphan children and offspring of near-poor households.
Other honor Bui Thi Kim Kien residing in hamlet 1 also gave 50 gifts worth VND300,000 each, comprising of rice, milk, instant noodle, sugar, seasoning powder, salt and oil cooking, to the above needy people.
Prior to that, province-based Taiwan Business Association presented 60 gifts worth VND400,000 each to poor households in the commune.
