Give support to two children having difficult circumstances

On November 22, the "Nurturing Aspirations" program organized by Provincial Children's Fund in collaboration with Binh Duong Radio and Television Station visited and gave support to Pham Ngoc Kim Tien (An Phu ward, Thuan An City) and Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh (Phu My Ward, Thu Dau Mot City).

 

Pham Ngoc Kim Tien, born in 2022, suffered from subdural hemorrhage in the left hemisphere and cerebral edema in the left hemisphere; had urgent minor surgery and had his skull bone tissue sent for preservation waiting for the second surgery. Tien is being treated for pneumonia and left subdural hematoma, had a craniotomy to decompress, is waiting for the second surgery. Tien family is a poor household in the locality.

Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh, born in 2011, suffered from intracranial hemorrhage, had skull bone tissue grown and transplanted in May 2022. However, the skull cap is now corroded, and Thanh often has headaches and dizziness. The doctors prescribed a titanium brain transplant to improve her health. Her family belongs to a difficult household.

At the visit, representatives of Provincial Children's Fund encouraged them and gave each child 20 million VND. Local authorities and benefactors provided additional practical gifts for the two children's families.
