Accordingly, the house was given to Mrs. Nguyen Minh Hue, born in 1954 under a poor and difficult house, living in Binh Hoa neighborhood, Binh Nham ward, Thuan An town. The house has an area of 40m2, belongs to the level 4 house with the structure of corrugated iron roof, ceramic tile floor, walls with a total construction cost of VND 60 million. In which, the Sponsoring Association for People with Disabilities - orphans - poor patients in the province mobilized 50 million VND, Binh Nham ward mobilized benefactors to support 10 million VND.
