Tan Uyen district’s Hoi Nghia commune has just forwarded a conference to partially sum up the local implementation of the program on new rural construction in the first nine months of 2013.
Since early this year, Hoi Nghia commune has held 20 classes on the Party and State’s policies on the new rural construction program with the participation of 4,000 people while collecting ideas to the program. The commune in the first nine months of the year fulfilled 4 criteria on planning and implementation of planning, electricity, income and the rate of laborers with regular jobs. So far, the commune has completed 12 out of 19 criteria on new rural construction.
The conference also put forward orientations for the remaining three months of the year, including further mobilizing all sources to develop rural traffic infrastructure; improving the quality of cultural-sports activities, promoting health-education fields and ensuring social welfare; actively implementing a plan on vocational training for rural laborers; promoting the fight against social evils…
