Difficult to lure laborers
So far, Binh Duong has developed 28 industrial parks, 24 of which are operational, creating jobs for more than 700,000 laborers. Around 84% of the total laborers are immigrants.

Hundreds of industrial parks and compounds with thousands of factories and companies have been set up in the northern, central and Mekong Delta regions in recent years. With such great quantity, attracting laborers on site is as a matter of course. Policies to keep laborers needed
Province-based businesses have made efforts in dealing with the current labor shortage, including placing information of labor recruitment on websites, making incentive policies for staff who get involved in the task of introducing new laborers for them, creating favorable conditions for laborers away from home…
In addition, some businesses, namely Binh Duong Garment, Vietnam Onamba, Forster Vietnam, Kondo Vietnam…, have regularly organized tours to localities for recruiting laborers.
