On March 15, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and Secretariat of provincial Students Association organized the 13th provincial "Sharing Mekong river" festival at Aeon Mall Binh Duong Canary in Thuan An city. The event was attended by Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Deputy Head of provincial Party Committee's Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of provincial departments and agencies; the Party Committees and Management Boards of local universities; along with representatives of students from Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia currently studying at universities in Binh Duong province.

This year's program featured exciting competitions, including the traditional cuisine contest themed "Flavors of the Mekong", the cultural performance contest "Colors of the Mekong" and the traditional costume show of ASEAN countries. Additionally, students from the three nations participated in interactive folk games and delivered captivating cultural performances…
On this occasion, the organization board of the program awarded 30 gifts and scholarships to students of the three countries to encourage their academic spirit. Additionally, prizes were presented for various competitions. Vietnam-Singapore Vocational College won third place overall. Eastern International University secured second place while Thu Dau Mot University claimed first place in the event.
This meaningful annual program provides a recreational platform for university students in Binh Duong province while strengthening the friendship among students from Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
