The work involves the year-round display of national flags along a nearly 2km stretch of road, passing through Thanh Hoi 1 and Thanh Hoi 4 streets. The flag road starts from the beginning of the Thanh Hoi bridge, passes through Thanh Hoi communal People's Committee, Nhut Thanh communal house, a provincial-level historical and cultural site and ends at the “Rua isle” national archaeological site.
