On Dec. 2, Tran Van Nam, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee chaired a meeting on launching implementation of the project of perfecting, modernizing dossiers, administration border map and building database on administration border (known as project 513).
In order to launch implementation of the project 513 effectively, the provincial People’s Committee issued documents of steering, setting up steering board and simultaneously map out plans on implementing the project at district and commune levels. Meanwhile, district and commune levels check management of administration borders to prepare for launching of the Project 513.
Concluding the meeting, Tran Van Nam agreed on technical design measure, expense estimate of the project. He stressed that this project holds a important role for the State management in the locality but the project’s progress is still slow.
In addition, he asked the local Home Affairs Department to steered district and commune levels to focus on implementing this project and adjusting plan, holding training of this project for localities.
