Following Uncle Ho’s teaching “For the sake of 10 years, we should plant trees; for the sake of 100 years, we should cultivate people”, Binh Duong has always paid attention to education-training sector. The sector has so far gained great progress, contributing to improving locals’ intellectual standards and promoting the local development, especially in the period of national industrialization and modernization. The province annually spends more than 20% of total State budget on education-training. Till now, there have been 238 out of 362 public schools built with storeys or 65.755 of total.
