Namely, the whole province organized 424 propagation and education sessions for more than 108,000 cadres, soldiers, youth union members and people; mobilized the construction of 172 solidarity houses, military-civilian gratitude houses, and comrade houses to present to soldiers and families having difficult housing conditions; advised the Provincial People's Committee to visit and present gifts to Vietnamese heroic mothers, armed forces heroes, and families with meritorious services to the revolution... with a total amount of over 105 billion VND...
