Accordingly, the Trade Union implemented many practical activities for laborers, including boosting its role in realizing democratic regulations at workplace; supporting Trade Union locals in the process of making dialogues at workplace; strengthening dialogues between Party, authorities, Trade Union officials, employers and employees…
The Trade Union also disseminated the amended Labor Law and organized training courses on soft skills for 100% of Trade Union locals ‘officials; strengthened dialogues at workplace, made collective negotiations, signed collective labor deals with more profitable provisions for laborers, tightened control over the implementation of collective labor deals as stipulated…Moreover, the Trade Union launched the emulation movement of “Higher productivity, higher quality” among laborers…Mrs.Thao said that the practical effectiveness of the emulation movement will contribute to increasing productivity, income for laborers. This is also the benefit of members, laborers and the sustainable development of enterprises.
