Currently, “model youth facilities” organized by provincial Youth Union and proprietors are equipped with rooms to read books. The model is implemented in the period of 2015-2017 for 20 model youth facilities. So far, there have been such 6 lodging facilities in TDM city, Thuan An town and Di An town.
With 140 book titles, provincial Support Center for Young Workers’ library has absorbed a lot of young workers. Here, they have a chance to get access to useful information, making more contributions to the development of enterprises and the locality.
Over the past time, the model of legal bookcases and bookbaskets was implemented across lodging facilities, workplaces and entertainment areas in enterprises, contributing to widen young workers’ legal knowledge. Nearly 4,000 legal bookcases and more than 1,500 legal book baskets are now equipped with more than 984,687 books, newspapers, magazines; more than 4,000 legal books and 37,063 leaflets, aiming to disseminate the Party’s guidelines, the State’s policies and laws for young workers. For example, since 2011, Tan Uyen town’s Hoi Nghia commune has developed 280 legal book baskets at hamlet 5’s lodging facilities. The model has contributed to raising young workers’ awareness of the law.
