Traffic synchronized connection

In the period of 2016-2020, Bac Tan Uyen district has always been interested in investing, maintaining and repairing the transport system to ensure smooth and safe transportation, making an important contribution to connecting and circulating with neighboring localities. Currently, there are 563 routes with a total length of 562,118km. In particular, asphalt and concrete account for 30%, red gravel and macadam 55.52%, dirt roads 14.48%.

Currently, there are 4 provincial roads with a total length of 73.02km. Road DT747a has been invested, upgraded, expanded and put into use with the scale of 4 lanes. In addition, the district has implemented investment procedures to complete and put into use the drainage system of DT747a road (the central section of Binh My commune), and at the same time, preparing procedures for selecting contractors to invest in improved investment. creating intersections of DT747 - DT742, Tan Binh 39 and Tan Binh 41 roads. In addition, the district is preparing a proposal for the provincial People's Committee to approve projects to upgrade and expand DT746 road from the bridge. Type (Tan My) to Hieu Liem wharf and the section from Tan Thanh junction to Hoi Nghia intersection. Currently, the related units have made the payment of compensation for these two key projects at the rate of over 85%. Besides, the provincial People's Committee has assigned the district People's Committee to be the investor of the project of building the North Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang power work for the section passing the district. The DPC submitted to the province to consider and approve the investment project before implementing the next steps to strive to start construction by the end of 2020.

There are 10 district roads, with a total length of 59.7 km, which have been upgraded and expanded with 100% asphalt concrete structures. In particular, the road DH411 has been invested and built and put into use with a scale of 6 lanes with a length of 12.171km, total investment of VND 558,193 billion; DH414 road is invested by the District People's Committee of 7.74km, total cost is 26,812 billion Dong; upgrading and expanding DH415 road, with an expense of VND 29.8 billion; investing in new road DH429 with a total capital of 425 billion ... Besides, the maintenance and miles of district roads are always concerned and directed by the District People's Committee.

The system of rural roads managed by the People's Committees of communes and towns currently has 549 routes with a total length of 429.4 km. In particular, the district has upgraded the cement concrete, hot asphalt concrete of 52.78Km, reaching the rate of 12.29%, the rest has been hardened with gravel, red gravel, ensuring retention. convenient transportation (compared to 2014, the percentage of asphalt and concrete of rural roads increased by 10.74%). There are currently 4 industrial zones and clusters in the district with a total area of ​​1,073.07 ha, basically completed infrastructure investment and investment attraction. Infrastructure of industrial parks is ensured according to the planning and technical designs already approved by competent agencies. Specifically, Dat Cuoc IP has completed infrastructure of 212.84 ha. Up to now, there have been 64 investment projects with a total area of ​​131.29 hectares and 340.16 hectares of expansion being implemented (total area after expansion is 553 hectares). Tan Uyen urban industrial park has completed the investment in infrastructure construction, attracting 58 investment projects with a total area of ​​174.9 ha, basically covering the industrial land area. Tan Binh Industrial Park completed the infrastructure with an area of ​​257.5 hectares, has attracted 51 investment projects with a total area of ​​171.5 hectares, reaching the occupancy rate of 76.87%.

In addition to the above Industrial Zones, the Prime Minister has proposed a new policy of adding 400 hectares to Tan Lap I Industrial Park and 1,000 hectares of VSIP III. Currently, the investor of VSIP III Industrial Park is preparing a general construction planning dossier and submitting it to the provincial People's Committee for approval. For Tan Lap Industrial Zone, the investor is currently preparing a report proposing the policy to submit to the provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision. Mr. Kelvin Teo, CEO of Semcorp Group, said that in order to meet the development requirements and investment attraction orientation of the province, VSIP III Industrial Park being invested will be a smart industrial park.
