Specifically, Dat Cuoc IP has completed infrastructure of 212.84 ha. Up to now, there have been 64 investment projects with a total area of 131.29 hectares and 340.16 hectares of expansion being implemented (total area after expansion is 553 hectares). Tan Uyen urban industrial park has completed the investment in infrastructure construction, attracting 58 investment projects with a total area of 174.9 ha, basically covering the industrial land area. Tan Binh Industrial Park completed the infrastructure with an area of 257.5 hectares, has attracted 51 investment projects with a total area of 171.5 hectares, reaching the occupancy rate of 76.87%.
In addition to the above Industrial Zones, the Prime Minister has proposed a new policy of adding 400 hectares to Tan Lap I Industrial Park and 1,000 hectares of VSIP III. Currently, the investor of VSIP III Industrial Park is preparing a general construction planning dossier and submitting it to the provincial People's Committee for approval.
