In the first quarter of 2021, Di An city continued to implement 15 transitional projects, disbursing more than VND 67 billion, gaining 9.8% of the plan. In which, the capital paid by the province is over VND 13 billion, gaining 5.7% of the plan; lottery capital over VND 14 billion, gaining 9.38% of the plan; provincial capital support has paid more than VND 19 billion, gaining 39.6% of the plan.
The city has issued a plan to renovate, embellish and build synchronous infrastructure and urban development in Di An city up to 2030; Socio-economic development plan for 2021-2025; completion of the settlement of 7 projects using non-business capital by 2020 according to plan; well implementation of cleaning offices, schools, residential areas, clean beautiful landscapes, streets, collect garbage and put them for treatment according to regulations. During the quarter, Di An city received and resolved 260 out of 336 construction documents; all 1,905 cases applied for a single house number; the inspection and handling of construction violations encroaching the streets, affecting the aesthetics, urban order and traffic have been intensified. Thereby, the city has sanctioned 58 cases of construction without permission and wrong designs at the amount of more than VND 1.4 billion, forcing to dismantle 35 cases; guidance has been offered to set up procedures to adjust and apply for construction permits in 23 cases.
