On Sept. 5, a Central delegation of Food Safety and Hygiene Inspection paid a working session with the provincial steering board of food safety on the work on food safety and hygiene on Full Moon Festival 2014.
The steering board of food safety at all levels set up 83 inspection delegations to ensure food safety on the Full Moon Festival 2014. As a result, there were 6 facilities not to meet regulations of food safety and hygiene.
In addition, these inspection delegations found out 37 out of 258 street business households violating regulations of food safety. These delegations implement quick tests of street food and found out 16 samples not to meet regulations.
