Over the past years, Binh Duong’s emulation movement of “good and creative laborers” develops strongly in non-state enterprises. From this movement, many projects, initiatives are applied effectively into production, improving labor capacity, quality of product and reducing environmental pollution and so on.

Lively movements
Statistic database of the provincial Labor Union showed that in response to patriotic emulation movement and completion of plans, in the first half of this year the whole of the province has more than 3,000 registered projects, initiatives and experiences of workers, public servants.
At businesses and units, the emulation movements are close to production and business of enterprises and they are concretized into concrete movements such as “Good and creative laborers”, “Labor safety and hygiene”, “Promoting technical initiatives” and so on, bringing significant results and simultaneously ensuring job and income for laborers.
The emulation movement of “good and creative laborers” attracts more than 85% of laborers across enterprises, especially workers of the non-state companies. From this movement, many typical collectives and individuals appear, showing will and determination of workforce. In addition, many projects and initiatives with optimal solutions are applied, contributing to increase labor capacity, quality of products, improve working conditions and minimize environmental pollution.
When initiatives are promoted
Dinh Van Thanh, head of technical division of Esrinta Vietnam Company in Song Than 1 IP, Di An town shared “Thanks to encouragement of the company, I bravely promote initiatives in my job”. Dinh Van Thanh has over the past years set out many initiatives, bringing benefits for company.
Nguyen Van Phong, chairman of Esrinta Vietnam Company’s trade union said that the company directorate pays much attention to talents and encourages initiative spirit of laborers. The company has a project of “process improvement” and laborers are encouraged to inspire their ideas of renovating production process. Initiatives applied into production are honored timely with the purpose of simulating laborers’ working spirit. Therefore, the movement of promoting initiatives and renovating techniques is paid much attention by the company directorate and trade union and laborers.
Nguyen Viet Nam, worker of Fujikura Fiber Optics VN in VSIP 1 is also a typical example of the initiative movement. Nam shared “Thanks to support of the company, I and other laborers bravely set out ideas of technical improvement. My latest initiative is to create Fiber Ribbon set for Loss BR5 measurement machine instead of OPM Ando equipment. This creation helps to save VND150mil within 3 months. As a result, I are awarded prize A at the company’s initiative movement.
With determination and effort, laborers contribute to increase production capacity and efficiency in production and business. Bui Thanh Nhan, vice chairman of the provincial Labor Union said that Binh Duong’s emulation movement of “Good and creative laborers” has over the past years promoted its efficiency, especially in the non-State businesses. This is opportunity and motivation for laborers to research and renovate production process.
