Early April 25, Dau Tieng district’s People's Committee organized the 2024 firefighting and rescue competition for inter-family groups on fire prevention-fighting safety. This year’s competition absorbed 12 teams with more than 100 candidates from 12 communes and towns of the district.
At the competition, teams went through two parts: theory and practice. As a result, Thanh An commune’s team won the first prize in the team ranking. An Lap commune won second prize and third prize went to Minh Thanh commune and Thanh Tuyen commune.
On this occasion, the organization board of the competition also raised questions for fans to learn about fire prevention-fighting and rescue safety; presented 90 hand-held fire extinguishers and many fire safety handbooks to fans and local people.
*On the same day, Bau Bang district’s People's Committee organized the 2024 fire fighting and rescue competition for anti-fire inter-family groups.
The competition absorbed 7 teams with 56 contestants from 7 communes and towns representing for 14 anti-fire inter-family groups in the district. After the opening ceremony, 7 teams entered the theoretical and practical competition. As a result, the organization board awarded the first prize to Hung Hoa commune’s team. Second and third prizes went to Lai Uyen town’s team and Lai Hung commune’s team, respectively.
