The movement of “All people unite to
build cultural life” has been expanded and gone into depth. Grassroot cultural
life in remote areas has been improved significantly. Promulgation and
education of moral value and lifestyle have been focused, impacting positively
on the community.

In addition, movement of sport and gymnastics in the public has developed strongly with the participation of many organizations and businesses whilst physical education in schooling system has gone into order. The number of businesses involving in tourism and tourism service is increasing sharply. Tourism sites have lured numerous tourists inside and outside the country.
Material facilities in service for culture, art, sport and tourism operation have been invested, meeting residents’ demand on relaxation and physical practice.
However, the done results have yet to match the rising demand. Management and usage of culture and sport institutions in some communes, wards and townships have yet to reach efficiency.
To keep implementing the 5th Central Party Resolution on building and developing Vietnamese cultural identity, the local Culture, Sport and Tourism Sector has built action plans to use effectively the culture, sport and tourism institutions in the 2011-2015 period.
Accordingly, the whole province strives to reach basic goals on culture, sport and tourism in 2015 with 70% of hamlets and quarters reaching the title of cultural quarters and hamlets, 95% of agencies winning “cultural unit” titles, 23.5% of families practicing sports, 100% of localities enjoying basic items of material facilities and so on.
To win the above goals, authorities at all levels will launch socialization instructions of culture, sport and tourism and develop material facilities in service for cultural and sport activities. In addition, all level functional agencies will spur manpower training, upgrade and expand vocational training facilities to meet rising demand on culture, sport and tourism and family as well as build key and urgent works for the sector for the 2011-2015 period in conformity with local socio-economic development.
