According to PPC, in the first 6 months of 2015, Binh Duong developed plans for land inventory, mapping current land use in the province; stipulated land registration procedures, assets attached to land; issued certificates of land use right, house ownership and land-attached assets; handled problems of land, public land in the province. The province also put forwarded land use plans, a list of projects land recovery, changing land use purpose, in 2015 at localities.
Accordingly, in the past 6 months, the province leased, transferred lands to 121 projects with a total area of 2,089 hectares; recovered lands with total area of 19.9 hectares to carry out 21 projects. The proportion of issued certificates of land use right, house ownership, and assets attached to land across the province reached 99.11%, which was equivalent to 241,384 hectares. Certificate issuance for organizations achieved 98.37%, and for households and individuals reached 99.6%.
