* Environmental quality in industrial parks, residential and urban areas to be improved
Up to now, issuance rate of land use right certificates, house and assets attached to land ownership certificates in the province reached 99.54% with total area of 242,425 ha. Issuance rate to organizations reached 99.15%; households and individuals reached 99.79%. In 2015, PPC realized plans for land inventory, land use status mapping, and reviewed, handled shortcomings in lands, public lands in the province; set up, implemented and adjusted land use plans and the list of land rent exemption, reduction to organizations implementing socialization. Accordingly, the province leased, transferred lands to 200 projects with a total area of 2,727 ha.
Additionally, PPC summed up the Environmental Protection Programme in the 2011-2015 period and devised plans for environmental protection in the 2016- 2020; issued categories and organized inspection, handled 9 organizations causing environmental pollution in 2015; implemented drastically measures to control environmental pollution and improve environmental quality in industrial, residential, urban areas in the province; controlled environmental pollution in Ba Bo canal. Up to now, the authorities connected 56 automatic waste-water monitoring stations, helping in environmental control; examined 380 units and handled 89 cases with total fines of about VND9.7 billion.
