Bau Bang district’s Land Registration Office Branch has coordinated with provincial VNPT to build the VNPT iQMS app to make appointments, build up a system of receiving and managing measurement dossiers when people contact it to do administrative procedures. Upon this, people can take the initiative in submitting procedures, limiting crowds at the sites to receive and return results.
The branch has also promoted the application of record management software in surveying and mapping services. This software has allowed the branch to view information, submit and receive documents, tracking the process of handling documents, avoiding cases of delay and backlog; deploy the integration of SMS messages into the measurement records management system; apply online payment, non-cash payment when people receive the results of administrative procedures…
In order to improve the quality of surveying and mapping, the branch regularly invests in new and modern equipment such as computers, GPS RTK satellite positioning meters: Stonex S800A; Trimble R8s; Hi-Target V30 with new measurement technologies, creating productivity, high accuracy and shortening measurement time.
