Early, 2,000 youths presented at the Job Introduction Center located at Thuan Giao ward, Thuan An town to attend opening ceremony of the 65th Work-trading session. Mr. Tham Vo Anh, Deputy Director of Vietnam Navigation Solutions JSC., discussed the topic: "Is work the profession or the livelihood" in order to help young labors to comprehend the importance of work, identify life’s purposes. Thereby, it can change working manners and destinies to get happy lives for people of all ages. Moreover, youths had directly interview with enterprises without losing time to visit companies, and took part in exciting folk games. All made a cheerful and vibrant “Career Day”.
Holding appointment paper of an interview, Ngo Thi Tien, who is working for a construction company in Song Than Industrial Zone at Di An town, said delightedly: "I came here with hope of changing my current job. So today I chose a suitable job, they also arranged an appointment to interview me. Hopefully, I will be employed”.
However, there were some workers had to wait for the next time like Pham Thi Thuy, who is a garment company’s worker in Thu Duc district at HCM City. She said: “Today I went here with my sister. She had an interview, while I still could not find an appropriate job. But it’s okay, I will continue seeking opportunities next time”.
Mr. Le Gia Cuong representing TocontapSaiGon Company at District 7, HCM City told us: “The quality of this event was quite good, we selected several candidates meet recruitment needs of our company. We will train and send skillful workers to Japan. For 3 years, you can have VND600 mln. Thus, this is a good chance for young labors to change lives”.
The 65th Work-trading session drew 156 companies with 8085 recruitment needs, including 63 companies recruited directly 3480 unskilled workers, 1796 skilled workers and online companies. Most job opportunities in industries such as mechanics, wood, construction, office, food processing, real estate, kitchen utensils… Thus, the job market is in need of large human resources. This is a great chance for young people to choose a suitable job in accordance with professional qualifications and hobbies.
