Noticeably, there is now a diversification in terms of form providing recruitment information at the job transaction floor of provincial Job Placement Center. Some participating businesses said that the job transaction floor has worked very effectively.

For better efficiency, provincial Job Placement Center has improved the model of organizing job transaction floors. Accordingly, one job transaction floor will be organized on Sunday and the remainders will fall on Monday and Tuesday every month. Apart from the headquarters of the center, they will be held at its 3 branches.

Also during the past six months, the center implemented 6 online job transaction floors, contributing to making the balance between labor supply and demand. Since 2016, the center has made coherence with 15 northern and central centers to hold online job transaction sessions for the unemployed. As of June, 2018, it also linked with Mekong Delta provinces and is expected to further make cohence with the central highlands region.
