Pham Ngoc Thai, chairman of the provincial dioxin victim society, said improving consequences of Orange Agent is a process paid attention by the Vietnamese Party and State.
Therefore, on the occasion of the Day for dioxin victims, right from early June, the provincial dioxin victim society in cooperation with relevant agencies has spurred promulgations in a bid to raise mass bodies and people’s responsibility to dioxin disaster as well as mobilized bodies and individuals inside and outside the country to help dioxin victims.
“Orange agent pain” exchange to be opened
At a July 5 meeting to discuss anniversaries for Day for dioxin victims (Aug. 10, 1961-2011), functional agencies referred to an exchange themed “Orange agent pain”. The exchange will hold at the provincial Culture Center on Aug. 9 evening with the participation of about 600 people.
The exchange will include various items such as dialogue, music show… To lure many people at the exchange, all level agencies opened promulgations on orange agent disaster in Vietnam in general and Binh Duong in particular as well as expanded typical examples of joining hands for dioxin victims…
