In Tet Holiday 2016, Sabeco will offer fares to 10,000 immigrant workers in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai having permanent addresses in the middle land of Vietnam so that they can get home for Tet Holiday 2016. Vu Quang Hai, the Deputy General Director of Sabeco, said: “It is the feeling of anxiety of immigrant workers to wait for the time of home returning. The support for workers of harsh circumstances requires joint efforts of the society to offer spiritual gifts to them. The promotion program of Beer 333 enjoyment during Tet of the homeland has been for the mission of bringing about happiness of reunion and luck to workers of harsh circumstances back in their homeland.”
Notion of good endeavors
Under the program, 10,000 such workers will be given fares to travel from Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai to travel home in Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Hue, Quang Tri, Quang Binh, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Thanh Hoa for Tet Holiday. The amounts are allocated to 4,000 in Ho Chi Minh City, 3,000 in Binh Duong, and 3,000 in Dong Nai. Each worker receiving the fare will be offered 1 carton box of Beer 333.

Nguyen Huu Khanh, the Manager of Mangement of Enterprises and Environment under Binh Duong Provincial Industrial Parks Authority, said: “Sabeco has been so active in social welfare. For the year, Beer 333 has been with trips for workers getting home. To facilitate this, we will be organizing 3 departuring locations at Song Than IP, My Phuoc IP 1, and Nam Tan Uyen IP. It is expected that the departure time will be due on the 25th and 26th of lunar Decemeber.”
Tet Holiday of home returning
Representatives of Sabeco and Binh Duong Provincial Industrial Parks Authority have paid a visit to Bui Van Luong from Tho Xuan, Thanh Hoa, working at an IP of Binh Duong. He emotionally said: “It has been 4 years and now I have a chance to return home for Tet Holiday. I’ve called my mother on receiving the free fare home. She burst into tears. Having the free fare, we can save up for some gifts home. I am so eager to to be home for a Tet Holiday of happiness and enjoyment.”
Listening to the words of heart from Luong, we are more sympathized for his situation. His family has 3 siblings on immingration work; his younger brother is suffering from injuries of traffic accident; his parents are old, making him, his wife and his younger sister the main bread winners of the family. His monthly income of VND 4-5 million can not sustain his trips home on holidays. Thus, he has been away from home for all 4 years. He was so thankful for the offering.
