Laugh from new incomers resounds
across the tenement. The tenement’s dwellers have busily prepared for the
upcoming Tet holiday. Most of the dwellers come from other provinces. They
always wished for a convenient accommodation and now the tenement has satisfied
their aspiration.

The tenement has a total area of over 4,000sqm, including 5 floors with 117 apartments and meeting accommodation demand for about 600 people. Some new incomers said that the tenement has enough essential infrastructure facilities and is similar to other modern tenements in Binh Duong.
At present, as many as 104 apartments have been delivered to beneficiaries including public servants, officers and soldiers working at local armed force.
In his new apartment, Tham working at the provincial Construction Department, said “Recent days, my families can not sleep, because of joy. My 60sqm apartment has 3 bed-rooms, bringing comfortableness for my family members. Specially, the rental price at the tenement is relatively cheaper than boarding house areas outside”.
Tran Thanh Liem, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee highly valued efforts of the local Construction Department for completion of this tenement. This is the beginning project for the local plan on social house building till 2015.
