King Jim Co.Ltd. holds folk games for laborers on Vietnamese Women’s Day.
With the purpose of protecting laborers’ legitimate rights and interests, My Phuoc 3 IP-based King Jim Vietnam Co.Ltd.‘s trade union asks the company directorate to sign agreements with laborers in a bid to take care overall of workforce.
According to Huynh Minh Giang, grassroot trade union chairman of King Jim Vietnam Co.Ltd., in the first months of this year, the company’s production and business did not face obstacles of shortage of human resources. In addition, the company laborers’ income is improved significantly. The company’s directorate facilitates the grassroot trade union’s operation.
Meanwhile, the company grassroot trade union in cooperation with the company management committee honors excellent laborers, offers useful advices for the company directorate to add or adjust collective labor agreements’ articles as well as instructs workers to sign labor contracts as stipulated by the laws. Moreover, the company trade union suggests to hold periodical healthcare sessions and periodical dialogues to build a harmonic, stable and advanced relation between employer and employees.
Additionally, the grassroot trade union’s executive board annually organizes visits to labor accident-hit laborers, sick workers; pregnant employees; carries out rehearsals on fire fighting and prevention, environmental hygiene and more. The trade union often holds gift visits to poor laborers, grants scholarships to the company laborers’ excellent students on holidays and among others.
Especially, the company grassroot trade union constantly forwards mini football championships to create a healthy playground for laborers.
Nguyen Hoang Nguyen, the company production manager who sets out many useful initiatives for the company said that the company trade union always pays attention to laborers’ legitmate rights and interests. Therefore, cadres, employees and laborers always dedicate to the company.
Not only ensuring workers’ rights and interests, the company often disseminates the Party and State’s instructions and policies to laborers, spurring dissemination of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples and simultaneously mobilizes employees not to give birth 3rd child and obey laws and more. Particularly, the company trade union often holds training classes on foreign language and informatics for laborers.
Huynh Minh Giang added that the trade union executive board holds emulation movements on technical renovation and thrift practice and so on.
