Besides, Labor Confederation of Di An Town increased law communication and education for workers at lodging houses and enterprises in the area; well implemented emulation movements in production, encouraging technical improvement and increasing labor productivity. A number of affiliated trade unions collaborated with local authorities and businesses to build houses, dormitories, amusement parks, and held contests to improve the spiritual life of workers.
