The company is maintaining 1 issue every two months to offer the workers necessary information about laws, productions, business, labor union operations, and cultural and social information.”

According to provincial Labor Union, some companies such as Chi Hung Co. Ltd., Thai Binh Investment JSC, Hai My Co. Ltd., Sheang Hung Chen Co. Ltd., etc. have implemented the bulletins well to service their workers. Nguyen Dinh Khanh, the Deputy Chair of Labor Union said that workers are considered as factors of corporate development. It has been particularly taken care of by the wishes and expections to service workers better. In Binh Duong Province, local Labor Union is making effort to disseminate the bulletins to many other workers in the province.
To effectuate the bulletins, Nguyen Minh Hoang, the Director of Sheang Hung Chen, affirmed: “The bulletins must be composed and selected with good and necessary information for workers by more professional writers and higher payments to them to encourage them to write about more attention-catching contents. Such is the way to create interesting reading experiences for workers.”
Talking to us, many enterprise owners and workers asserted that the bulletins have become trustworthy companion. Thus, questions of workers about policies and treatment shuld be gathered and informed timely on such bulletins. Besides, the skillful editing staffs must be maintained to satisfy the workers in the creation of harmonious and advancing relationship in the companies.
