Accordingly, the Company offers great prizes including 5% of the profit if the innovation helps the Company to gain VND 60-100 million in profit and 10% for innovation of more than VND 200 million profit

In 2013, Mr. Ho Tat Loi contributed over 30 ideas to innovate; and 6 of which have been implemented at factory of Siemens in Binh Duong Province.

To protect righteous rights of factory workers, for the time, Labor Union of FDI enterprises has created various practical and meaningful playgrounds to take care of the material and spiritual life of the factory workers.

For years, Chen Tai Co. Ltd. at My Phuoc Industrial Park I has been considered as one of the best labor unions taking care of life for factory workers. Prominently, the union has established a charity fund to support those workers in difficult circumstances. Mr. Hy Gia Long, Deputy Chair of the Company Labor Union said that the Company extracts 1% of its discard selling or VND 30 million to support its factory workers. Besides, for specific case, the allowances shall be adjusted so that all facing difficulties shall be timely supported.
