According to the provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, after a long Tet holiday, most of laborers returned to work as stipulated by local businesses. As of Jan. 31, 2012, most of the laborers returned to work. Specifically, the number of laborers working out of industrial parks reached 85-100% and laborers in industrial parks accounted for 90%.
