Director of provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DoNRE) has just issued the Decision No. 157/QD-STNMT approving the Sub-Department of Land Management’s inspection plan 2021 for 12 units. Specifically, provincial DoNRE’s inspectors will coordinate with the Land Management Sub-Department to set up a subject on inspection over land management for 4 units; a subject on checking the implementation of the conclusions to 8 units. It is known that the Land Management Sub-department has so far inspected the management and use of land for 2 organizations while the remaining units will be under the inspection in the third quarter of 2021 under the plan.
To ensure that State management on environmental protection is strictly implemented, provincial DoNRE has also promulgated the Decision No. 241/QD-STNMT on approving the Environmental Protection Sub-Department’s inspection plan 2021 for 50 units. According to the plan, provincial DoNRE’s inspectors will coordinate with the Environmental Protection Sub-Department to inspect regulations on environmental protection in accordance with environmental records approved at 8 units; carry out inspection on review of shortcomings in environmental protection in 11 units; conduct inspection of shortcomings in environmental protection for Ba Bo canal area in 5 units; inspect the collection, transportation and treatment of domestic waste in 6 units; make inspection over the collection, transportation and treatment of industrial solid waste in 10 units; check the generation of slag and ash in a large volume of 10 units.
