Le Thi Hong Dao, the math teacher of Binh Thang Junior High School in Di An Town in 15 years of teaching, has affirmed her competence and devotion to the career by bringing up interesting learning hours by new methodology and self-made teaching aids.

She talked about the methodology improvement to promote enthusiasm, activeness, and creativity of students and the necessary teaching aids which may fail to satisfy the needs. Thus, during her teaching career, she has innovated plenty of teaching aids to service her teaching. The teaching aid set offers 68 geometry math problems of junior high. Her students are so interested in her lessons by such lively pictures and objects which are her favorite. The smart set of geometry is supportive to her co-workers as well while diversifying the school teaching aids. She was prized A for the self-made teaching aids at provincial level in 2014-2015 school year. Her passion for creativity has enabled her to engage in creativity during her 15 years in the career. For 2015, her two works have been chosen by Department of Education and Training to be introduced at national level for topic-integrated teaching contest.
By her passion for the career and responsibility for the students, she was entrusted to instruct and train up excellent students. For the past year, her 26 students have won prizes at Luong The Vinh Math Awards of the town.
